At Acacia Natural Medicine, we provide several different facial options for our patients. Whether your goals include deep hydration, skin texture or acne, Genessee will provide you with the results you desire in a therapeutic setting. We nourish every skin type and cater to each client. Our skin facials are customized for you using non-toxic, EWG approved products, with the option to add dermaplaning or microneedling. We use Codex Labs and Knours products to provide safe and results-driven facial treatments.

Microneedling

Microneedling is a skin rejuvenation procedure that improves the appearance of wrinkles, acne scars, hyper-pigmentation, and stretch marks by stimulating the skin’s natural ability to repair itself. Micro needles are used to create hundreds of micro channels in the superficial layers of the skin. In response to these micro injuries, the body releases growth factors, which trigger the wound healing process. During this process, the body produces normal woven collagen vs. scar collagen, resulting in thicker more youthful appearing skin.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a technique that is safely performed using a surgical instrument and a blade specifically for dermaplaning. The skin is prepped and held taut, then the technician holds the blade at a 45 degree angle and gently scraped the skin. This removes the top layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair.
