Common questions
- Who is the Aligned Club for?
- Patients coming out of acute care or finishing a 12-visit package who want to hold onto what they gained. It is maintenance and optimization, not treatment for a new injury, and most people arrive here after their Progress Exam at visit twelve.
- How does membership billing work?
- Membership is billed monthly.
- What happens if I need PEMF or laser?
- On Aligned Core and Aligned Max you add one modality per visit, discounted for members. On Aligned Elite both laser and PEMF are included at every visit.
- Can I pause my membership?
- Up to three months in a calendar year. Travel, a busy stretch at work, a season where you are not in town, none of that should cost you your place in the Club.
- How do I cancel?
- Thirty days written notice. No fee and no conversation you have to brace for.
- What is Aligned Elite?
- Four 40-minute appointments a month instead of twenty, with laser and PEMF included every visit and a set of custom orthotics each year. It is held to five members at a time, which is what makes that much access possible, and those five places go to the patients most committed to their health.
- Can my family use my membership?
- Membership covers one person. For households wanting to share visits, the Family 12-Pack is the better fit and covers everyone at the same address.
